Do you require long-term contracts?
Absolutely not. We operate on rolling month-to-month agreements. We believe that an agency should keep your business by delivering a consistent Return on Investment (ROI), not by trapping you in a restrictive 6-month or 12-month legal contract. You can cancel our management services at any time with a standard 30-day notice.
Does the management fee include the ad spend?
No. Our management fee and your advertising budget are completely separate. Our fee covers the expert labor of building, optimizing, and reporting on your campaigns. Your actual advertising budget is billed directly to your own credit card by Google or Meta. This ensures 100% financial transparency.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
We pride ourselves on transparency. If you have an existing account that just needs management, there is no setup fee. If you are starting completely from scratch and need our team to build the entire infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Conversion Tracking, and new campaigns), we charge a one-time onboarding and setup fee, which will be clearly outlined on our discovery call.
How do I pay the agency fee?
Agency management fees are billed automatically at the beginning of your billing cycle via a secure Stripe invoice. You can pay via any major credit card.

Who owns the ad account and the data?
You do. 100%. A major red flag in this industry is agencies holding your ad account hostage if you decide to leave. We build everything inside your business's proprietary Google Ads or Meta Ads account. You own the pixels, the campaigns, and the historical data forever.
Will you need my Google or Facebook passwords?
Never. For security purposes, we use standard agency access protocols. You will provide us with your 10-digit Google Ads ID, and we will send a request from our Agency Manager account. You simply click "Approve" in your settings. You never have to share your personal passwords with us.
Can I log in and see the campaigns you build?
Yes! Because you own the account, you have Admin access 24/7. You can log in at any time to view the campaigns, see the search terms, and verify the ad spend. We hide nothing.
